Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished making your selection, view your cart and select “checkout”. At this point, you will be asked for your billing and shipping details.
We accept payment via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account, or a credit / debit card if you do not have or wish to have a PayPal account. If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK £ Sterling from your own currency. PayPal will also give tell you what the cost will be, based on prevailing rates.
PayPal accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take credit card details by phone or fax.

Delivery
Orders received before noon for items in stock will normally be despatched same day and certainly within 7 working days. You should receive orders sent by UK surface mail within 7 business days, International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Please ensure that you choose the appropriate shipping rate for your country. If you do not choose correctly, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference (or provide a refund as appropriate)

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach PayPal. We never have access to your card details.

Guarantee
We guarantee our products and your satisfaction. We operate a return policy; if you are not entirely happy with your goods, please return it within 30 days for immediate replacement or full refund. This applies even if you have just changed your mind. You are responsible for the cost of return postage to us, and we would recommend using a recorded service with appropriate insurances. We regret that for hygiene reasons we can only accept returned Dust Mask products if they are in their sealed original packaging ; excepting claims for manufacturing defects.
