In a letter to Professor Sir Michael Rawlins, Chairman of NICE, Professor Hooper makes a complaint about proposed “PACE” trials on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME).

The basis of the trials is to assert that neurological illnesses such as Gulf War Syndrome/Illness, ME/CFS, multiple chemical sensitivity, Aerotoxic Syndrome, organophosphate and other pesticide poisonings are psychological in nature. He believes vested interests, including those of health insurance industry are behind the fraudulent trials.

Professor Hooper is also the Aerotoxic Association scientific advisor.
