Dear Mr Hoyte

I acknowledge receipt, on 15th March 2010, of your appeal against our response.

I confirm that we are dealing with your appeal through our internal appeals procedure. Your request is being reviewed by the colleague who made the original decision. If after careful consideration they decide their decision was correct, your complaint will automatically be referred to a senior independent officer of the University who will conduct a further review. You will be advised of the outcome of your complaint and if a decision is taken to disclose information previously withheld this will be done as soon as possible.

We will aim to respond within 20 working days.
