A previous competition

In a previous edition of the log the following caption competition result was published. While there is nothing wrong with having a laugh, we know several Aerotoxic Syndrome sufferers who thought the first runner up was in poor taste. At the request of the person who wrote it, we have removed his name (along with the names of the other winners).
