Flight XLA 120 – 1st February 2007 Aerotoxic Poisoning
Thank you for your part reply of 5th March 2019 (Below)
Your company represented over 20 British passenger clients, including young children of seven years of age, who after their flight in 2007 were seen suffering serious ill health from Aerotoxic poisoning in the BBC Panorama documentary of 2008 and their legal case featured in many other formal sources of evidence in the public domain, which are still available.
It is not in the public interest for a legal case of Aerotoxic poisoning to members of the public to be ‘Concluded on a confidential basis without a court hearing’ as it is widely known that no justice was ‘won’, nor financial compensation awarded to any of the XLA 120 passengers where criminal and fraudulent cover-up of evidence and injustice are almost certainly occurring.
No other Aerotoxic poisoning cases are permitted to pass through the legal system completely, with the sole exception of Turner v’s East West Airlines, which took 18 years before being finally won in an Australian High Court on 3rd September 2010.
It is now formally requested that your company share the settlement details of the conclusion of the XLA 120 legal case with the public, as it is in the public interest to understand exactly how lawyers repeatedly conclude such Aerotoxic poisoning legal cases out of the public Courts, which can and do occur on any ‘bleed air’ flight, as your company web site still claims today:
‘The dangerous toxins were released into the cabin through the bleed air system which (as on most airliners) draws high pressure air from the core of the engines to pressurise the aircraft with breathable air. It has long been known that this design can result in the cabin air becoming contaminated with toxic oil vapour when the engine oil seals leak.” = A Gas Chamber and:
“Air safety is a right, not a privilege. Getting to the truth of what happened so that lessons can be learned sits at the heart of what we do for our clients.”
We look forward to receiving your detailed evidence, which is both in the interests of the children passengers of flight XL120 and the travelling public’s interest.
