Flight XLA 120 – 1st February 2007 Aerotoxic Poisoning
I am planning to update my book ‘Aerotoxic Syndrome – Aviation’s Darkest Secret’ published by Pilot Press Ltd in 2014 https://www.sim-fly.com/sim-fly/Aerotoxic-Syndrome-Book.pdf and as your company legally represented the 20 + British passengers (including children) on the above flight I am writing to enquire how their legal case finally concluded? This follows your public notice of ‘A great victory’ for the passengers on 3rd May 2010, which was announced on your web site and which I enclose for yours and others information.
I look forward to receiving this evidence as the legal outcome of this case was covered by both a BBC Panorama documentary ‘Something in the air’ on 21st April 2008 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dsDznr4z5w and Australian 60 Minutes ‘Toxic Flyer’ on 4th December 2013 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvdmK0toSCo and many other parties as the final outcome of this passenger group public Court case is in the public interest for any other passenger or aircrew who has flown in the past or who will fly in any ‘Bleed air system’ jet aircraft in the future.
I look forward to your earliest response on this important, hidden, public H&S matter.
